The walks are organized on trails around Lac du Coeur in Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard , 1h15 north of Montreal. It is also possible to organize tailor-made walks in an urban environment at Parc Angrignon (accessible by metro), as well as at Parc Maisonneuve and Mont-Royal.
