IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Rediscover the forest with your senses

À PROPOS

About Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing is a guided walk in the forest that invites people to observe nature through their five senses. As a guide for Equinoxe sylvothérapie ("silva" = wood or forest), I offer these contemplative walks that invite you to discover the forest through your sense of sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of "Shinrin Yoku" or "Forest Bath," these walks are an opportunity to admire the colours, observe the textures, and become aware of the different smells and sounds that inhabit the forest.

It is not a sporty hike but rather an immersive experience that encourages the observation of the present moment. Thanks to the soothing effect of the trees, these Forest Therapy walks have been shown to positively impact the immune system and mood.
